UAS Enrollment Nurse - RN - Mid-Hudson NY Counties

Compass Healthcare Consulting & Placement is conducting a search for an Assessment RN for a Managed Care Plan servicing New York.
All Assessments are Field Assessments.
Qualified candidates will be able to visit members in their homes located in any of the following areas:
Rockland, Orange, Ulster, and Duchess County.
Qualified candidates will have prior UAS/MLTC RN experience.
Qualified candidates will have reliable transportation, a NYS RN License, prior community health, managed care and/or UAS assessment experience.
Summary:
The Assessment RN will independently perform home visits to conduct functional, psychosocial and environmental safety assessments, determine eligibility of enrollees, and establish an individual plan of care that enables them to remain safely at home despite long-term care needs.
Great listening and communication skills with a culturally diverse population that includes caregivers as well as other providers along with time management skills will be key to success.
Qualifications:
Current NYS RN license and registration Associate's Degree Minimum of one year experience in Community Health, Managed Care or related field; UAS Assessment or ReAssessment experience preferred Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and NYS DOH standards and regulations Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Chinese (Cantonese), a plus! Competitive Salary & Excellent Benefits Package! Salary 85-105K.
Salary based on years of RN experience, Education & Bilingual Ability.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
