The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing all operations of the retail store.
Our priority is to provide quality and excellent service to ensure our customers have a memorable experience.
This role involves managing employees, cash and expenses, inventory, safety, and the appearance of the store.

What You'll Do Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, work order management, providing excellent customer service, staffing and scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling.
Drive team performance to meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and company goals, such as customer satisfaction, job completion, and compliance with regulations.
Ensure all technicians are trained and certified to perform quality installations or repairs.
Provide guidance on vehicle and equipment maintenance, as well as collaborate with marketing associates to ensure proper display of materials.
Respond quickly to client complaints and warranty issues, delivering world-class customer service.
Perform any other assigned duties.
What You'll Need High School Diploma/GED/Equivalent OR 5-7 years of leadership/supervisory experience, preferred.
Valid state-issued driver's license required.
3
years of leadership experience with an innovative approach to incentivizing performance.
3-5 years of experience in retail or service center environments; automotive experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, web applications, and general office equipment.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage with a diverse workforce.
Comfortable working outside in various weather conditions.
Present a professional appearance and wear personal protective equipment.
Physical requirements:
lifting and carrying up to 35 lbs.
for short periods, working at elevated heights, remaining on your feet for extended periods.
