Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately - Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries - Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions - Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and resolve issues promptly - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and reservations management - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
