Job Description:
We are looking for an outstanding individual to be part of a fun, dynamic team responsible for installing and maintaining hardware and software on PC's, interact with Everi's customers and provide first class customer service.
Candidate will be responsible for inventory control, spare parts requests, service documentation and machine maintenance.
The successful candidate will provide reports to Everi on system performance, customer feedback and satisfaction in addition to effecting repairs on faulty equipment.
The successful candidate is expected to develop a positive relationship with his customer and be the primary source of contact between Everi and the customer.
Individual must be flexible with their schedule, willing to travel within state and out of state, work OT as needed and be on an ON-CALL rotation program.
Ideal candidate will have solid trouble-shooting skills; possess strong interpersonal communication skills and have the ability to converse at multiple levels.
Individual must have a technical foundation and possess the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment to complete objectives.
Candidates must be highly motivated, a self-starter and comfortable working with minimum supervision. (Driver's license and clean driving record are required).
Individuals must be willing to work odd and on-call hours.
Candidates must have 1-2 years experience in a PC maintenance capacity (preferably in a Field support role).
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office are required.
Experience in tech support and/or customer service is required.
Candidates must be extremely comfortable and friendly dealing with customers and other staff members.
Candidates with Trouble-shooting skills preferred.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
