BASIC FUNCTION: Ensures Front Office department meets objectives relative to service delivery, and financial objectives.
This position also manages the Security Department.
Ensures front office and security employees are adequately trained and follow all standards relative to guest service delivery and recovery, and emergency systems management.
Job Description:
Ideal candidate will have minimum 6 months supervisory experience in high end hotel of similar size and scope.
High school graduate or equivalent.
College degree preferred but not required.
Hotel/Hospitality Degree is very desirable but not required.
This position is required to work day and a majority of evening shifts which may include weekends and holidays.
Essential Functions:
Develops training plan and ensures all employees are trained according to standard Coaches and councils staff as necessary to achieve desire results in accordance with policy Responsible for achieving or exceeding guest comments score standards Responsible for creating a culture of high engagement with employees.
Maintains excellent level of consistent and effective verbal and written communication.
Responsible for implementing strategies targeted to achieve goals.
Responsible for ensuring guest service issues are resolved immediately.
Understands, practices and holds staff accountable for upholding Benchmark Core Values and First Priorities Creates an environment of learning and respect among coworkers Takes a hands-on approach to managing and leading

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
